At Biltmore, we seek a deeper understanding of our clients’ unique financial circumstances in order to help you develop more durable solutions for every stage of your financial life.
Over time, we’ve found that instituting a financial plan, stress testing that plan, and following that plan gives our clients a better chance of hitting retirement goals, giving them more confidence as they approach and live through retirement.
Our process identifies appropriate resources and customized solutions to meet your family’s goals:
At the early stages, your Biltmore financial advisor will develop a thorough understanding of your individual situation, available resources, opportunities, risk tolerance, financial challenges, and objectives. We take a deep dive into your expenses (which expenses may inflate and which ones are locked in), social security options, taxation, deductions, and much more. Using state-of-the-art financial planning software, a base-case financial plan is constructed.
Once the current plan is constructed, the Biltmore team seeks to optimize your new financial plan, looking for ways to improve the odds of success in retirement. The plan can be stress tested to look for pitfalls and address concerns, such as long-term care or bear markets. We create a detailed, customized solution for your family, including portfolio recommendations, risk management, liability planning, tax analysis, and solutions to address complex financial issues.
After your plan is set, you will work with your Biltmore team to put that new plan into motion. Over time, progress can be tracked against the written plan and revisions can be made as we see taxes, markets, and your overall goals begin to change.
